1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Yatri 24 services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Booking & Ticketing

Bookings are subject to seat availability. A confirmed booking creates a contract between you and the bus operator. Yatri 24 acts as an intermediary.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Booking fees are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation policies vary by operator. Generally: 48+ hours before departure = full refund minus fees; 24-48 hours = 50% refund; less than 24 hours = no refund.

5. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, carry valid ID, arrive at boarding points on time, and follow operator rules during travel.

6. Food Ordering

Food orders are fulfilled by independent vendors. Yatri 24 is not responsible for food quality. Report issues within 30 minutes of delivery.

7. Agent Program

Agents earn commissions per booking. Wallet balance is non-transferable. Yatri 24 reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yatri 24 is not liable for delays, cancellations, or accidents caused by operators. Our liability is limited to the booking amount.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Yatri 24 is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
